Why not just copy-paste from the PDF?

Anyone who has tried knows: columns collapse, dates split across lines, negative amounts lose their sign, and a 6-page statement becomes an evening of cleanup. This converter reads the document with AI vision and returns structured rows — and then proves the extraction is complete by checking that opening balance + all transactions = closing balance. If a statement doesn't reconcile, you see the exact difference instead of discovering it at month-end.

What you get

A tidy .xlsx with one transaction per row and amounts as real numbers (not text), ready for pivot tables and SUMIFs. The same result can be downloaded as CSV — or as a QuickBooks .qbo file if the destination is bookkeeping software rather than a spreadsheet.

What happens to my file?

The PDF is sent over HTTPS, processed in memory only — never written to disk, never stored — and its contents never enter our logs. Scanned statements

Text-based PDFs exported from online banking give the best results. Clean scans usually work too — but if a page is too blurry to read reliably, the converter refuses and says so rather than guessing numbers. Accuracy methodology and current results are public on the accuracy page.
